Build smarter. Think deeper. Ship better.

Take a Pause. Welcome to Intervals.

Every Sunday, I share one honest reflection on building, writing, and staying curious as a developer. No listicles. No noise. Just a quiet letter from my week — sometimes about work, sometimes life, always real.
No spam. No fluff. Just thoughtful stories, once a week.

What is Intervals?

Intervals is my weekly letter, a small pause in the middle of all the noise. Every Sunday, I sit down and write about what I’ve been working on, what I’ve learned, or even the mistakes I’ve made along the way. Sometimes it’s about tech because that’s the world I live in, but often it’s simply about the little lessons that come from showing up, building, and reflecting.

I don’t see Intervals as a blog or a polished article — it’s more like a journal entry I choose to share. My hope is that when you read it, you feel like you’re catching up with a friend, finding something thoughtful, relatable, or even a spark that makes you reflect on your own week.

Why Join Intervals?

By joining Intervals, you’ll get a front-row seat to my journey — the projects I’m building, the lessons I’m learning, and the reflections that come with both wins and failures. My plan is to share one honest story each week, something personal yet universal, that gives you a glimpse into the process of creating, experimenting, and growing.

This isn’t about productivity hacks or polished guides. It’s about real stories, raw lessons, and the kind of reflections that spark new ideas or simply make you pause and think. If you’re curious about the behind-the-scenes of building, learning, and trying to make sense of it all, Intervals is where I’ll share it with you.
